The four-storey house has a living area of 50m² per floor and a plot size of 111m².
The building is uninhabited and massive rainwater damage caused by the leaky roof threatens its existence.
The plan is to create two to three residential units with balconies or use of the exposed courtyard area as a garden/terrace. A new staircase is also planned.
